Responsibilities

• Leads Strategic and Special Projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Develops project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies and decision points.
• Builds systems for work planning, tracking, and accountability across Speros and partners.
• Prepares executive briefings, memos and dashboards to translate complexity into clear choices.
• Over time, takes ownership of broader workstreams and serves as a sponsor on initiatives.
