Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and medical providers, monitor treatment adherence, and gather evidence.
• Open claims and educate the adjuster on treatment status; negotiate medical bills and liens.
• Draft demands and prepare/send documents; prioritize and manage multiple cases.
