Job summary

The Crash Team - The Galvan Law Firm in Houston seeks an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead cases from filing through resolution. You will try cases, advise clients, and coordinate with experts to develop early, strong strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of personal injury commercial litigation experience.
Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
Graduated from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution (trial or settlement).
Try a case and advise clients, consult with experts, and build a case strategy early.
Review expert reports and communicate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
Prepare and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings.
Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
Manage case timelines and deadlines with the support staff.
Be a skilled negotiator and proficient in depositions.
