Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and active licensure in the practicing state.
• Strong client-facing communication with a personal injury focus preferred.
• Leadership and team management experience are highly valued.
• Ability to negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Ethical judgment and meticulous attention to case details required.

Responsibilities

• Review every file on your pod and know the case, the client, and the case type.
• Judge demand readiness: ensure treatment, records, and liability; sign the demand.
• Negotiate with adjusters to secure top offers and explain results to the client.
• Evaluate each offer and decide path: further treatment, policy open, litigation, or bad faith.
• Direct case managers on treatment plans, liability investigation, and priorities; coach on the case flow.
• Handle client conversations about offers, treatment decisions, and expectations.
• Maintain a daily cadence toward the pod's revenue goals and results.
• Keep pod files and data up to firm hygiene standards.
