Vizient, Inc. is a leading healthcare services company seeking a sourcing professional to develop and execute contracting strategies that reduce spend and improve operational efficiency.

You will draft, redline, and negotiate contract terms under the guidance of senior team members, building strong negotiation fundamentals while supporting the full sourcing lifecycle. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather information, analyze data, and document updates.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred in business, supply chain, legal studies or healthcare administration.
• 2+ years of MedSurg or clinical experience is required.
• Foundational experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support.

Responsabilités

• Assist in drafting and redlining contract terms under senior guidance.
• Participate in supplier negotiations by preparing materials and contributing to discussions.
• Support alignment between clients, suppliers, and internal teams by gathering information and documenting updates.
• Ensure contract documents reflect agreed updates and adhere to standards.
• Elevate complex negotiation items to senior sourcing executives for guidance.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting data and market insights.
