Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Executive to support the development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies that reduce spend and improve operational efficiency for clients.

You will assist in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contract terms under guidance from senior team members and Legal, building foundational skills in complex negotiations while supporting the full sourcing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Foundational experience in drafting, redlining, or negotiation support.

Responsabilités

• Assist in drafting and redlining contract terms under senior team guidance.
• Participate in supplier negotiations by preparing materials and contributing to discussions.
• Support alignment between clients, suppliers, and internal teams by gathering information and documenting updates.
• Ensure contract documents reflect agreed updates and adhere to standards.
• Elevate complex negotiation items to senior sourcing executives.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting data, market insights, and supplier information.
• Assist in RFP creation, distribution, bid collection, and initial evaluations.
• Coordinate supplier communications and scheduling for sourcing activities.
• Support contract maintenance activities, including amendments, renewals, and pricing validations.
• Prepare communication materials summarizing sourcing progress, opportunities, and supplier updates.
