Job summary

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow our presales function in Austin. You will hire, develop, and coach a team of 5-10 SEs, shape discovery, demos, POCs, and champion-building to drive revenue in your region.

You'll own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and coordination with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align technical excellence with business outcomes. This is a founding leadership role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing presales teams.
• Track record of improving team performance through coaching and structured presales processes.
• Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with ability to coach others on applying them.

Responsibilities

• In recruiting, ramping, and developing a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers across experience levels.
• Manage 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development to ensure high-quality discovery, demos, and evaluations.
• Design, evolve, and evangelize presales motions (discovery, demos, POCs, workshops, handover to customer success).
• Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales in your market, report on metrics to leadership.
