Job summary

Safety National is seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions aligning with enterprise standards. You will work with Product Management, ARTs, and architecture leaders to translate business needs into actionable designs that support delivery and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, systems integration, or related technical discipline.
• Experience designing and supporting implementation of complex, multi-system enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of solution architecture concepts including system integration, APIs, data flows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding non-functional requirements including security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Ability to identify and resolve cross-functional integration and interoperability challenges.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with product, business, and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable solution guidance and implementation considerations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the St. Louis office.
