This opportunity is in the Business Optimization & Transformation Department.
The Business Optimization & Transformation Department’s mission is to help Safety National achieve peak performance through innovative business architecture, solution architecture, and process optimization; by removing silos, promoting a collaborative environment, and leveraging industry best practices to translate business challenges into sustainable growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that enable Safety National’s strategic initiatives. Working closely with Product Management, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), product teams, and architecture leaders, you will translate business needs into solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards while supporting efficient delivery. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping teams navigate complex integration challenges, modern engineering practices, and architectural decisions that drive long‑term business value. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across business and technology teams, the ability to evaluate solution alternatives, and a passion for building modern enterprise solutions that are secure, reliable, and positioned for future growth.

Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market‑based compensation. The target base salary range for this position is $116,500 to $150,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
