Job summary

IntegraONE is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to lead presales engagements and design hybrid cloud, networking, security, and storage solutions for clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable technology roadmaps and collaborate with sales, engineering, and practice leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solution architecture or presales in MSP/TSP environments, strong Azure expertise, and certifications. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in solution architecture or related roles.
• Experience in MSP/TSP or similar consulting environment preferred.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions/workshops.
• Microsoft Azure certifications strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications such as VMware, AWS, Cisco, Fortinet favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements with Account Executives to develop cloud/hybrid infrastructure strategies.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, technical assessments, and cloud readiness evaluations.
• Design secure, scalable cloud solutions using industry best practices.
• Architect solutions across cloud infra, networking, security, storage, DR, and virtualization.
• Develop proposals, diagrams, SOWs, and supporting documentation.
• Present solution recommendations and roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating business objectives into technology solutions.
• Ensure designs align with security/compliance/governance (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, SOC 2, Zero Trust).
• Collaborate with engineering/implementation teams for smooth transitions.
• Support internal sales with technical presentations, demonstrations, and education.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and vendor roadmaps.
