ActioNet is seeking a Solution & Systems Integration Architect SME to lead end-to-end solution architecture for a large federal modernization program in a hybrid DC-area setting. This hands-on role translates mission and business requirements into secure, scalable designs across multiple domains.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, 12+ years IT, and 5+ years in architecture; you will collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, data, cloud, ITSM, and program teams to carry solutions from

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years designing or governing complex enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience across multiple domains: Application, Systems Integration, Data, Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, ITSM, IT Operations.
• Experience leading or participating in architecture reviews and design activities.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into enterprise solution architectures and technical baselines.
• Develop architecture views and decision artifacts for review.
• Coordinate across app, cloud, platform, network, cybersecurity, data, and ITSM teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and implementation-readiness assessments.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security/compliance.
• Document decisions and diagrams in approved repositories.
