Job summary

Mobile Solar Consulting, LLC is seeking a full-time Technical Support & Sales Representative for a hybrid role in Stuart or St. Augustine, FL. A reliable vehicle, laptop, and cellphone are required; up to 50% of work can be done from home after training, with occasional travel.

You will assist customers by phone and email, provide quotes based on templated pricing, and create wire diagrams. Opportunities for training and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and/or designing small-scale solar systems.
• Experience owning and repairing an RV or boat.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and prompt communication skills both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions over the phone and via email.
• Provide quotes for installation work based on templated pricing.
• Create wire diagrams (modifying an existing template).
• Remotely assist customers with installation and troubleshooting.
