Job summary

CME Group's Software Engineering Fellowship is a 10 to 12-week, paid, full-time internship at our Chicago office designed for rising sophomore and junior students who want to explore software design and development with a mentor. You'll work on real projects, attend talks, and build skills across the full software lifecycle.

You'll join a supportive team, engage in coding challenges, and network with peers nationwide while gaining professional development opportunities and exposure to CME

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field.
• Passionate about technology, problem solving, and continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be embedded on a software development team and participate in the full life cycle of projects.
• Attend technical talks, learn CME coding practices, and develop interview prep skills.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from a team of managers invested in your success.
• Build personal networks with students from across the country.
