Job summary

CME Group's Software Engineering Fellowship is a 10–12 week, paid full-time internship based in our Chicago office. This hybrid program focuses on software design fundamentals, hands-on development, and professional growth with a mentor-led experience.

Open to undergraduates in computer science or related fields, targeting rising sophomores and juniors, affiliated with CME programs. Pay ranges from $21.68 to $36.10 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field.
• Passionate about technology, problem solving, and continuous learning.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Eligible students affiliated with CME Foundation Scholars, CME Star Scholars, Arrupe College Students/Alumni, Braven Fellows, Chicago Scholars, City Colleges of Chicago, School of Excellence for Engineering and Computer Science Students/Alumni, College Possible Students/Alumni, Genesys Works Alumni, Posse Foundation Scholars, Rock the Street, Wall Street Alumni.

Responsibilities

• Real Development Experience: Be embedded on a software development team and participate in the full life cycle of projects from inception to delivery.
