Qualifications

• 2+ years of related Software Development experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Active working knowledge of rule-based configuration tools (e.g., Sagent LOS, FICO DM) or coding languages (e.g., Java).
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Great interpersonal skills and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Review project, policy, program, and system documents to understand the ask and possible solutions.
• Proactively identify changes required to the various systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to clarify project requirements, schedule, and implement changes.
• Support the diagnoses and resolution of production issues.
• Complete business system configuration changes within established procedures, prioritizing risk mitigation.
• Support internal testing efforts by lending subject matter expertise.
• Support rollout and production verification of transformative business system changes.
• Perform other duties, as needed.
