Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking an experienced Applications Developer to design, build, test, and support software across our business systems. You will participate in code reviews, implement technical specs, and ensure solutions meet end-user needs while driving performance improvements.

You will collaborate with BT, project delivery, and business units, mentoring others and maintaining documentation. The hybrid role allows up to 50% remote work and is based in MN/WI/IL offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/business.
• Minimum 7 years of related work experience developing company-wide applications.
• Advanced knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, C#, and MS SQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support software programs and applications across business systems.
• Perform code reviews and implement technical specifications for new or enhanced processes.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements and end-user needs; improve availability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operate core business applications.
• Mentor teammates and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
