JobDiva, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#) to join our Capital Markets team. You will design, develop, and maintain mission-critical software with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with business users and analysts, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to architecture and roadmaps. Onsite three days a week, with a hybrid work model in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, mathematics, IT, or related discipline.
• 8+ years professional software development experience with C#/.NET and/or C++.
• 5+ years designing and supporting scalable, high-availability enterprise apps including architecture and integration.
• 5+ years developing data processing, messaging, APIs, system integration, and relational databases.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues with strong communication skills; onsite in Charlotte 3+ days/week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Capital Markets software.
• Develop high-quality software using C#/.NET and/or C++.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design of applications (in-house and external).
• Design solutions involving data processing, messaging, and integration; ensure performance and reliability.
• Work with the team to share knowledge and achieve project objectives.
• Assist with defining technical vision and strategic roadmaps for Capital Markets apps.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues independently and proactively.
