Sentry Insurance seeks a Social Media and Community Strategist to shape and execute our social media strategy across platforms, guiding paid and organic campaigns and driving audience engagement. You’ll translate business objectives into social programs, benchmark against competitors, and optimize processes for efficiency and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Ability to translate business objectives into social media strategies.
• Hands on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other business accounts.
• Experience developing and executing organic and paid social campaigns.

• Develop and enhance workflows for the execution of social media strategies by the Social Media Analysts.
• Assist Social Media Analysts with development of paid and organic campaigns.
• Research competition, benchmarks and propose continuous improvement ideas for social platforms.
• Audit current social media processes and explore automation for efficiency and speed.
• Evaluate current tools and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
• Partner with the Social Media Manager to develop UGC strategies and automated reporting against KPIs.
