Sentry Insurance Company is seeking a Social Media & Community Strategist to lead the development and optimization of social media strategies, collaborating with analysts and a Social Media Manager. You will focus on both paid and organic campaigns, community engagement, and KPI-driven optimization across major social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Ability to translate business objectives into social media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and business accounts.
• Experience developing and executing organic and paid social campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with timelines and deadlines.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task.
• Experience with social listening and responding to community dialogue.
• Proven ability to optimize social media experiences and lead management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance workflows for executing social media strategies.
• Assist analysts with paid and organic campaign development beyond tactical execution.
• Research competition and benchmarks to improve social media initiatives.
• Audit processes and explore automation to gain efficiencies.
• Evaluate current tools and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
• Partner with Social Media Manager on UGC strategies and automated KPI reporting.
