1000heads’s Content & Community team seeks a social media professional to drive organic activations and editorial planning across channels. You’ll manage editorial calendars, partner with Creative, Production, Insights, and Strategy, and serve as the main client contact for social initiatives, ensuring culturally relevant, trend-driven content.

You’ll craft native-first content, monitor conversations, and collaborate with design and production to innovate across platforms while maintaining tight

Qualifications

• Track-record in social/digital or integrated marketing in an agency environment.
• Native on social media trends and platform capabilities.
• Immersed in social algorithms to optimize content production and publication.
• Excellent writer with a knack for social copywriting and editorial.
• Experience with influencer programs and social ads.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the key client contact across Social Media and Community Management.
• Drive best-in-class organic social activations and campaign initiatives.
• Develop editorial themes, calendars, and guidelines globally and locally.
• Ensure smooth delivery of editorial calendars and day-to-day social execution.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor conversations and create engaging connections with the community.
• Spot trends and weave in culturally attuned ideas with design/production teams.
• Create native-first content, including TikTok trend responses.
