Fintech LLC is seeking an SMB Sales Representative in Tampa to sell our subscription-based platform to independent small business owners and operators in retail, hospitality and related sectors. You will deliver phone/Zoom demos, identify challenges, and position value to drive adoption of the full-suite solutions.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building with distributors/partners, and processing service agreements, with a hybrid work setup and robust employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in B2B sales.
• Self-starter and tenacious new business hunter.
• Able to interact with customers professionally and friendly.
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Phone training or online presentation experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented but capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify sales leads for pursuit using digital prospecting and networks.
• Upgrade clients from a payment-only platform to full-suite solutions.
• Deliver phone and Zoom sales demos to small business owners.
• Uncover prospects’ challenges and position Fintech value statements.
• Participate in sales-led marketing programs to promote client interest.
• Develop relationships with distributors and partners to increase referrals.
• Prepare, collect, and process sales service agreements for new clients.
• Participate in weekly team sales cadence and reporting.
