Fintech LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an SMB Sales Executive to sell and upgrade subscription services (Premium and Premium Plus) to retail SMBs. The role blends remote work (Mondays and Fridays) with in-office collaboration Tue–Thu, focusing on prospecting, demos, and consultative selling to drive adoption and revenue.

You'll leverage Salesforce, manage client relationships, and participate in team cadences and reporting while meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years inside or outside B2B sales required.
• Goal and quota-driven performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify sales leads for sales pursuit using Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver phone and virtual sales demos to small business owners.
• Use a consultative selling approach to uncover client challenges and position Fintech value statements.
• Participate in sales-led marketing programs.
• Develop relationships and maintain communications with clients and partners to increase referrals.
• Prepare, collect and process sales service agreements.
• Participate in weekly team sales cadence and reporting.
