Job summary

SeekNow is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own the availability and performance of production services hosted on AWS. You will lead incident response, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and drive reliability culture across the organization.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability, and reduce toil through infrastructure as code. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta and offers technical growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SRE/DevOps or cloud operations with production systems.
• Hands-on AWS experience with core services and security controls.
• Proven ability to design automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and postmortem skills.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and performance of production services in AWS.
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead incident management and blameless postmortems.
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Improve observability with monitoring and tracing.
• Manage infrastructure as code and reduce toil with automation.
• Embed reliability practices in design and release processes.
• Contribute to disaster recovery, security hardening, and compliance.
