Job summary

SeekNow in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own the availability, scalability, and health of our AWS-hosted infrastructure. You will lead incident response and build automation enabling teams to ship safely and frequently.

You will design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, define SLOs/SLIs, and improve observability with monitoring and tracing. Collaboration with product and engineering is essential to drive reliability across the system.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SRE/DevOps roles
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3
• Incidence management and postmortems experience
• Automation of CI/CD pipelines across tools
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with observability tooling and distributed tracing
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Security and compliance awareness are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and performance of production services in AWS
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
• Lead incident management and on-call rotation
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs and error budgets
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing
• Manage infrastructure as code and reduce toil through automation
• Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability into design and releases
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and security hardening
