Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Finance Manager to provide financial and operational insight across a multi-site distribution network. The role involves hybrid work with travel to facilities in various locations and close collaboration with site leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include month-end close, payroll support, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting to optimize labor and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance, or 4 years equivalent work experience, required.
• 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting, required.
• Logistics industry experience, required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for accounting and finance activities, including month-end close and payroll.
• Supply financial/operational insight to improve performance and efficiency in distribution centers.
• Prepare month end close accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processing as needed.
• Interact with site leaders to provide analytics and drive decision-making.
