Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Phoenix area is seeking a Site Finance Manager to deliver financial and operational insights across the distribution center. This hybrid role blends office analysis with on-site collaboration, with occasional travel to facilities in AZ and CA and across sites as needed.

You will lead month end close, payroll, receivables and payables while monitoring productivity, labor efficiency and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or 4 years equivalent in finance/accounting.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Logistics industry experience.
• Advanced accounting knowledge: P&L and balance sheet.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills; C Suite to warehouse.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced financial skillset; budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Accounting and Finance activities including month end close, payroll, receivables, and payables.
• Analyze warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, throughput reporting.
• Lead customer meetings; communicate with customers on billing, strategy, and budgets.
• Prepare month end close accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Support accounts receivable/payable processing and vendor/payable audits.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to operations and management.
