Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Logistics industry experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced financial skills: budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Ability to influence business decisions with peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Accounting and Finance activities including month-end close, payroll, receivables, and payables.
• Analyze warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, throughput reporting and related analyses.
• Lead customer discussions on billing, strategy and budgets.
• Prepare month-end close accruals and reclass entries; assist with AR/AP processing.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders to support expense recognition; provide labor analysis reports.
