Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Business Analyst (Site Finance) to support finance and operations remotely with site visits to Fort Worth, TX.

You will analyze customer demand and volume planning, warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, and provide analytical support to managers and supervisors, including hourly activity reporting and accruals.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.
• Some knowledge of Finance or accounting preferred.
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure proper approvals before payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and document activity.
• Provide analytical support to managers and supervisors as needed.
• Support Kronos setup to ensure accurate hourly activity reporting.
• Prepare month-end close accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders to support expense recognition.
• Prepare daily/weekly labor analysis reports for productivity.
