Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Finance or Accounting, required.
• Logistics industry experience, required.
• Strong accounting knowledge: P&L and balance sheet.
• Advanced MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence decisions from C-Suite to warehouse.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; independent work and time management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for all Accounting and Finance activities, including month-end close, payroll, receivables, and payables.
• Analyze warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, throughput, and related metrics.
• Conduct customer meetings representing DHL Supply Chain; discuss billing, strategy and budgets.
• Support KPI penalties/incentives and gain-share/pain-share discussions.
• Prepare month-end close accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Assist with accounts receivable processing and collections; accounts payable processing as needed.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders to support expense recognition.
• Prepare daily and weekly labor analysis reports for operations productivity.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to operations personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR daily; support Kronos set-up for hourly activity reporting.
