Job summary

Under the Simulation Educator, you will help with daily lab operations, OSCE spaces, and learning activities. A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of coordination experience are required; health education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year administrative or program coordination experience.
• Experience in simulation, laboratory operations, or healthcare education support preferred.
• Additional related experience or education may substitute for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and functions of simulation laboratories, clinical skills rooms, and OSCE spaces to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other programs and staff for optimum efficiency and policy compliance.
• Support virtual and hybrid simulation activities for the School of Pharmacy and PA Program.
• Manage data collection, keep records, and prepare management reports.
• Recruit program participants and volunteers using letters, brochures, or presentations.
• Assist in preparing proposals for funding from sponsors.
• Interact with students, faculty, staff, and outside communities to achieve program objectives.
• Schedule, market, and promote program events and develop promotional materials and event plans.
• Maintain inventory of simulation supplies and equipment, and assist with documentation and asset tracking.
• Coordinate or supervise work study students and standardized patients as directed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
