The University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking a Simulation Coordinator to provide operational, technical, and administrative support for simulation-based education in the PA Program and School of Pharmacy. Responsibilities include running daily lab operations, OSCE spaces, and coordinating room/equipment setup and breakdown.
Under the Simulation Educator, you will maintain resources, track progress, recruit participants, and assist with funding proposals.
The Simulation Coordinator will provide operational, technical, and administrative support for simulation-based education activities within the Physician Assistant Program and School of Pharmacy. Working under the direction of the simulation educator, this position assists with the daily operation of simulation laboratories, clinical skills rooms, and Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) spaces by preparing learning environments, coordinating room and equipment set-up and breakdown, maintaining simulation resources, and supporting faculty, staff, standardized patients, and learners.

Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: One (1) year administrative or programcoordination experience. Experience in simulation, laboratoryoperations, or healthcare education support in an administrative orprogrammatic capacity is preferred. Other: Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for fullperformance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience. In instances where specific education and/orexperience is required only directly related education and/or experience may be substituted.
