Job summary

Siemens AG in the United States is seeking a Services Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of services projects within the Americas GCO. You will act as a critical contact across multiple teams to ensure accurate execution from initiation through completion.

The role requires strong data analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, remote-friendly environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant business administration qualifications.
• Proven data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Proven attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on certain projects as well as collaboratively and communicate optimally with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks optimally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• 3-4 years' experience in a business operations-related role desirable.
• Experience in a multinational company environment desirable.
• Ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment with occasional travel for meetings or training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Resource Managers, Services Business Managers, Service Delivery Resources, Finance, Legal, Global Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, and Credit and Collections
• Work under light supervision to support Consulting and Learning Services Opportunities and Projects
• Check the quality of Services Bids submitted for internal review, including reviewing customer statements of work as well as estimates and budgets
• Validate new projects and/or budgets based on completed contracts and customer purchase orders
• Accurately complete billing for services delivery projects throughout the project lifecycle per customer and Siemens requirements
• Support services project managers in the financial management of their projects
