Job summary

Siemens AG in the United States is seeking a dynamic Global Support Manager for the HyperLynx tool suite. You will lead a global team of support engineers, work with customers to resolve complex challenges, and partner with account teams to grow product usage and campaigns.

The role requires deep EDA and PCB analysis knowledge, collaboration with sales, and strategic input to product evolution. Hybrid work in a global, fast-paced environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated broad knowledge of electrical system design.
• Understanding and practical experience with PCB analysis tools such as HyperLynx, Sigrity, Ansys or similar.
• Understanding and familiarity with PCB design tools such as Xpedition Enterprise, Cadence Allegro, Altium or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a vision for their application to enhance support processes and customer solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team of professional support engineers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of highly skilled Support Engineers.
• Proactively identify trends to assess product performance and market acceptance.
• Leverage data analytics to summarize team performance and strategic challenges.
• Interface with customers and engineering to facilitate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Engage in customer-facing meetings and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft solutions addressing complex requirements.
• Provide feedback to Product Marketing and Engineering to guide future evolution of the product line.
• Represent Siemens EDA at marketing and sales events to showcase value.
