Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer with strong hands‑on ServiceNow experience to design, configure, and build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery leads to deliver high-quality implementations aligned with business needs. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend effective solutions within Agile/Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI actions, and integrations.
• Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) based on engagement needs.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Recommend solutions and ensure designs follow ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe patterns.
• Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post-production support.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
