Job summary

Leidos in Chantilly, VA is seeking a hybrid ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Systems Administrator for the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) program. The role blends development and admin tasks across ITSM platforms, with travel to DC/Alexandria as needed.

The position requires a TS clearance, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to work across development, testing, and production environments on an on‑prem/Cloud hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or MS with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with on-prem ITSM and ServiceNow administration/development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot an on-prem ServiceNow instance in Production.
• Develop enhancements in development/sandbox before production migration.
• Assist with instance upgrades and licensing changes.
• Collaborate to create project roadmaps and timelines.
• Provide Linux and ITSM backend support and security compliance.
