Job summary

SENTINEL GROUP LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Systems Engineer (ServiceNow/Cloud) to provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for enterprise ServiceNow, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, and database environments supporting mission-critical operations.

The role combines ServiceNow development and administration with cloud architecture, automation, and secure engineering practices.

Qualifications

Experience administering enterprise IT platforms in secure environments.
Proficient in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and integrations.
Experience with Linux server administration.
Experience developing or supporting system integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
Perform ServiceNow administration, patches, updates, and changes.
Plan and execute annual ServiceNow upgrades and customizations.
Configure integrations and automate workflows across systems and cloud services.
Manage Linux OS and AWS cloud environments and related services.
Develop and maintain APIs connecting ServiceNow with other applications.
