Job summary

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of development experience on the ServiceNow platform and must possess an active Secret clearance. You will support various modules and integrate third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Active Secret clearance or greater.

Responsibilities

• Support the standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management Capability modules.
• Integrate third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex IT problems.
