Improvix Technologies in Washington, DC, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer/Architect for a hybrid on-site role. The candidate will design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Catalog, and custom apps, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.

Requires CAD and CIS certifications, 5+ years of development (8+ for architect), and an active Top Secret clearance or sponsorship. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/configuration experience.
• CAD certification and at least one CIS certification — ITSM preferred.
• Experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
• Active Top Secret clearance or willingness to be sponsored for TS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations and custom apps.
• Build advanced Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations.
• Integrate with third-party systems via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Lead client discussions, translating business requirements into actions.
• Mentor developers and oversee release management and governance.
