Innova Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 12-month contract focused on Banking, Accounting, & Finance. The role is a hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX, with a W-2 engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring ServiceNow expertise, Agile experience, Jira proficiency, and exposure to risk/compliance domains, for a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform workflows and data structures.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on Jira (user stories, backlog management).
• Exposure to GRC/IRM/risk or compliance domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Technology Controls stakeholders and ServiceNow engineering teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create and manage Jira user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are delivered as intended.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Assist with release planning and deployment readiness.
• Maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
