Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Service Operations Representative in Plymouth, MN to serve as the primary contact for customers, third-party providers, and internal teams. You will coordinate service requests, dispatch resources, and maintain accurate service records while ensuring timely communication.

You will monitor orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales and field technicians to meet commitments and customer expectations in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related operational environments.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience coordinating service activities or work orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, field sales & technicians, and third-party providers by handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Respond to inquiries regarding account information, product details, pricing, availability, order status, and service requests.
• Receive, prioritize, schedule, and dispatch service requests ensuring timely completion and satisfaction.
• Monitor work order progress and communicate service status, delivery schedules, and resolutions to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet commitments and customer expectations.
