Ahern is seeking a Service Coordinator in Madison, WI to deliver exemplary customer service, manage emergency service calls, dispatch technicians, and coordinate parts and invoicing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position.
• Associate degree in a related field is a plus, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Self-starter with excellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take emergency service calls and provide timely dispatch duties.
• Schedule technicians daily for service inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate part ordering and issue purchase orders.
• Assist customers with invoicing/billing questions.
