Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Coordinator to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. You will assist end users across multiple offices, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliable access to technology.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, service-oriented, and communicates clearly with a diverse user base. Hybrid schedule offers 2–3 onsite days in San Diego, CA with fulltime benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in law or professional services is a plus.
• 2+ years of IT helpdesk experience with strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, software, hardware, mobile devices, and phone systems.
• Manage and document support requests through the Helpdesk ticketing system, escalate as needed.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software across locations.
• Set up PCs, phones, apps for new hires and ensure day-one readiness.
• Provide user support and training across business applications and tech systems.
