Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations professional for a 5-month contract in San Diego. You will process orders, billing adjustments, credits, and related transactions, while supporting internal stakeholders and external customers.

You will work with SAP and Salesforce, analyze data in Excel, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer support or order management.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP).
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, credits, rebills, billing adjustments, and related transactions.
• Support regional and country-specific business requirements as assigned.
• Provide inquiry and email support to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business requirements and timelines.
• Proactively communicate risks, issues, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Perform validations in SAP ERP and Excel reports as assigned.
• Escalate issues when needed and engage management for timely resolution.
• Communicate resolutions and next steps clearly to customers and partners.
• Apply established policies and business practices to inform actions.
