Job summary

Ziehm Imaging - Orthoscan Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team full-time.

Under the direction of the Customer Satisfaction Manager, you will handle data entry, scheduling installations, processing return authorizations, and provide responsive customer service to both callers and internal teams. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and ability to work with cross-functional teams across Sales, Accounting and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce or ServiceMax experience is a plus.
• Scheduling and logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate service dispatch calls and process parts orders and forms.
• Serve as a liaison for Service to Sales and Accounting departments.
• Log customer concerns and ensure regulatory compliance where needed.
• Schedule installations domestically and internationally; maintain dispatch logs.
• Track return authorizations and manage related documentation.
• Verify billing accuracy and coordinate with sales/accounting for new customers.
