Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate service dispatch calls and obtain purchase orders.
• Log customer concerns and liaise with service, sales and accounting.
• Schedule installations domestically and internationally.
• Create estimates, obtain POs, and verify billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and accounting to set up new customers and resolve contracts.
