Job summary

Ziehm Imaging - Orthoscan Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a full-time Service Coordinator. Hybrid work setup; the role supports customer satisfaction through data entry, scheduling installations, and coordinating RA processes.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of cust omer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceMax; experience in the medical field is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably with inquiries via email and phone.
• Strong computer skills across Microsoft applications.
• Salesforce or ServiceMax experience a plus; medical field experience a plus.
• Scheduling and logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate service dispatches and obtain purchase orders; process forms for parts to be shipped by AR.
• Serve as liaison between Service, Sales, and Accounting departments.
• Log customer concerns and ensure resolution within regulatory guidelines.
• Schedule installations domestically and internationally; update dispatch logs daily.
• Track Return Authorizations (RA); create and send documentation to customers.
• Arrange new customer setups with Sales and Accounting; resolve contract/warranty concerns.
• Verify service reports for billing and invoicing; ensure accuracy.
