Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Senior HR Technology Solutions Analyst in Franklin, TN, combining in-office collaboration Monday-Thursday with designated work-from-home Fridays. You will architect and optimize HR technology across the employee lifecycle, with Workday as the system of record and a focus on Benefits.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, support agile delivery, and develop test plans, user stories, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, or business systems experience.
• Advanced experience supporting Workday Benefits required.
• Experience supporting at least one additional Workday functional area: Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Payroll.
• Workday certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable HR technology solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support HR technology platforms and processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and related HR technology solutions.
• Support and optimize Workday functionality in Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll.
• Develop functional requirements, user stories, process documentation, and solution designs.
• Create and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios; conduct user acceptance testing.
