Job summary

Energy Systems Group in Texas seeks a Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead complex municipal water and wastewater construction projects from design through start-up and handover. The hybrid role emphasizes safety, budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction, with extensive travel required and coordination across engineering, construction, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering and construction project leadership experience.
• Experience with municipal water/wastewater facilities is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, procurement strategy, schedule integration, risk management, change orders, commissioning, startup, performance testing, and final acceptance leading to successful project delivery.
• Coordinates with engineering staff to ensure estimates and pricing align with project goals and manages project execution scope, schedule and budget.
• Develops and maintains client communications, oversees contractors and subcontractors, and ensures on-time completion within cost and quality constraints.
