Energy Systems Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater (W/WW) in Texas to join the Public Sector Central team. This hybrid role involves leading complex water and wastewater construction projects from design to turnover, with 50-75% travel.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurements and client relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management and at least

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference for engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in engineering/construction with project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, federal/state safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate water/wastewater construction projects from design through turnover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, change orders and risk.
• Develop procurement plans and manage outside contractors/vendors.
• Supervise Construction Managers and site personnel to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and provide monthly revenue forecasts and budget updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ESG safety/quality standards.
