Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager in California to lead the water solutions business from the local office. This role focuses on maintaining client relationships with municipalities, driving project success, and delivering financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings PE licensure, 15+ years of program/project management, and deep knowledge of water/wastewater design. The position supports hybrid work and relocation if needed.

Formación

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience.
• Technical experience in water and wastewater treatment and asset planning.
• Business development and program/project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing efforts and develop the market strategy.
• Identify prospects, prepare proposals and present to clients.
• Manage project performance, budgets, and contracting for opportunities.
• Oversee engineering managers and ensure project delivery.
• Mentor staff and foster candidate development.
